Objective: Create awareness of a relatively new Redmond bank with Redmond-area business owners. Create a friendly image of the bank.
Problem: Everyone hates banks.
Solution: We made warm, friendly testimonial ads with real local customers, not models or celebrities. We gave the bank a new tagline: The Unstuffy Bank. The white space and simple copy is inviting and non-intimidating. This campaign ran annually with new ad subjects and was a favorite among the Redmond community.
