Client: Avaya
Title: "Agent Effectiveness Toolkit"


Objective: Design folder and brochures for a family of products.

Problem: Midway through production, our client, a division of Lucent CRM, spun off from its parent company and formed Avaya, an independent company with a totally new brand.

Solution: We quickly analyzed Avaya's new corporate brand standards and developed a complete collateral system architecture. And we saved the client a lot of print-related money with key suggestions on color schemes.

NOTE: The client was extremely pleased with our quick adaptation, but especially with our product-side interpretation of the new corporate brand. Our designs became the standard for Avaya's future work—“The best we've seen to date,” they said.
