Objective: Create a new family of collateral literature.
Problem: Existing collateral was stiff and inaccessible. Client asked us to warm it up without going too sappy. (How many stock photos of happy faces around conference tables have you seen?) Mosaix (for whom one sale could easily amount to several hundred thousand dollars) still wanted to invoke a professional and authoritative image.
Solution: We developed a complete collateral family based on the positioning line, Win your customers. Again. And Again. And Again.
Several techniques make the literature warmlike showing customers in home environs (and adding a dog, for example) to portray accessibility and to lend personality.
