
Applied Systems / "Advancing the Business of Insurance"
Objective: Applied Systems offers some of the most robust insurance agency management software in the industry. Our goal was to rebrand the company and appropriately position them as the market leader they were, while simultaneously re-establishing a connection with their audience that had been neglected in recent years.
Challenge: Claim the market leader position. Look big, powerful, and commanding. Also appear approachable in a market driven by long-standing personal relationships.
Solution: Hodgson/Meyers developed a new position and messaging platform — complete with new corporate tagline. Additionally a redesigned logo and brand expression palette allowed the company to take on a stronger position in the market, bringing their brand forward and making it modern and approachable, while retaining the company's reputation as solid and strong.
Results: The new brand was rolled out in a series of outreach campaigns and a new corporate website. The response was overwhelmingly positive. The initial brand awareness/announcement campaign featured emails, direct mail, website and microsites.
