Objective: Demonstrate CSG's suite of customer engagement solutions, such as automated voice recordings, emails and SMS/Texts.

Challenge: Those not familiar with the various CSG products have difficulty in seeing how the solutions would apply to their businesses.

Solution: Hodgson/Meyers developed a series of short videos that demonstrated how CSG's products could help companies reach their customers in meaningful and varied ways. By conceiving and filming specific scenarios, Hodgson/Meyers showed CSG clients and prospects how easily CSG products could be the answer to the customer engagement challenges they face every day.

Results: These demos have proven to be a highly captivating, great sales tool for CSG. Of the 1,156 people who viewed the demo page, 612 people viewed the demos themselves, spending an average of 4:36 minutes watching. An ideal support tool, these demos were so well received that one of CSG's partner companies asked to have them re-branded for use in their own channel sales efforts.
