Objective: Fair Isaac provides credit scores and analytics to the largest financial institutions in the world. As part of an overall retention initiative, Fair Isaac wanted to create a key tool to help nurture and enhance the company's relationships with its largest clients.

Challenge: Divisions within financial institutions often act as silos, independent operating units within the larger organization with little or no contact with other units. Fair Isaac needed a communication device that would reach across these silos.

Solution: Hodgson/Meyers created individual microsites for Fair Isaacs' five largest global financial clients. Within each site were custom, personalized video messages from Fair Isaac CEO, Mark Greene, topical information on trends in banking, and more tailored specific information, such as how Fair Isaac could help different bank divisions deal with their most pressing operational issues. Content was personalized, routinely refreshed, and ever pertinent to the audience.

Results: The microsites proved to be invaluable in support of Fair Isaac's customer retention and cross-selling efforts to their leading financial clients.
